Directions to the Snowmobile Barn Museum from PA

Take Route 80 East across the bridge into NJ.

Exit 4C to Route 94 North

Stay on 94, through Blairstown and Marksboro, past the Frelinghuysen School on the left. Pass the Yellow Frame Church on the right and take the 2nd left (by mile marker 16) onto Fairview Hill Road. At the stop sign at the bottom of the hill, make a right onto Fredon/Marksboro Road. Make the first left onto Dixon Road. Follow Dixon around the corner and you will see the museum on the right. The parking lot is in front of the museum.


Directions to the Snowmobile Barn Museum from NY and Eastern NJ

From Route 80 West:

Take Route 80W to Exit 25 to 206 North. At the 7th light (7 – 8 miles at A&B Bagels), make a left onto Route 618, follow to end and stop sign (Route 94) make a left. You will come to a blinking light (Fredon School is on the left). Go straight through the light. Approximately 2 miles from the light, the next landmark is Frank Alberta’s Restaurant. Make a right on Fairview Hill Road. At the stop sign at the bottom of the hill, make a right onto Fredon/Marksboro Road. Make the first left onto Dixon Road. Follow Dixon Road around the corner. You will see the museum on the right. The parking lot is in front of the museum.

From the town of Newton:

Follow Route 94 South (pass Newton Hospital on the right). You will come to a blinking light (Fredon School is on the left). Go straight through the light. Please note that donations are accepted - $7 for adults and $4 for children 12 and under. We are open Saturday & Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. During the week, there are no set hours for tours, so please phone in advance to set up an appointment. Our phone number is (973) 383-1708.
